Long-Term Disability
The most common long-term disability cases are a result of injury at the workplace, although this is not necessarily true. Most people assume that if they are denied benefits they cannot make a claim. Some examples of long-term disability cases that we have dealt with in the past:
- life threatening diagnosis cases
- motor vehicle accidents
- injury at work
